Fraser Eye

This project was guided by a simple tagline: comfy, cozy, feels like home. Our goal was a warm, inviting space that doesn’t feel like a typical doctor’s office. Custom millwork and a residential-style front desk give the lobby a “resimercial” feel, while soothing blues with blush accents keep the mood relaxed and approachable. Above reception, we leaned into a unique feature of the original building, adding textured ceiling tiles that bring visual interest and help quiet the room.
